Collection: Fire Blankets

A fire blanket is a sheet of fire-retardant material, typically woven fiberglass fabric, used to extinguish small fires in their early stages by smothering them — cutting off the oxygen supply to the flames. It is stored in a quick-release wall-mounted container (soft PVC pouch or rigid hard case) with pull-down tapes for rapid deployment in an emergency.
